Is there an option for zero stars?

It crashes every time I log in. Its worthless.

I love the idea of being able to pull up info and manuals for my Venza, but this app becomes useless as soon as I close it because I have to sign back in every time. -Add option to allow account to stay logged in -Add support for Touch ID and for "My Glovebox" to allow faster, more secure login -Add support for iOS 9 Core Spotlight to allow searching car info before even opening the app

This is 2015, I feel like an animal signing in with a password. Also super annoying to have to log in each time I open the app :/

I have been waiting for an option to remain logged in for a year now. Still hasnt happened. Ive also waited for it to be enhanced for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus and the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6 Plus. Still hasnt happened after a year. Touch ID support would be a good middle ground if you really insist on a log in every time. Most iOS users have it now (they just released the third generation to support it). Making the manual and such searchable would be amazing as well so I could use spotlight to find car related material.

It wont completely download. Continual loop!!!! Two days and counting.

App wont let me sign in after entering and re-entering my info :(

When I tried to join and make a new account, every thing was accepted. But when it asks for a password after your email, it comes up with red X but when when I re-type the password its fine. Not sure whats going on.

Cannot access documents that were previously loaded into my glovebox on app. Important docs too, such as key codes. Asks to submit 4 digit passcode, but then app force closes upon entering passcode. Then all login info needs to be entered again just to get back into app. Touch ID would be nice, and/or option to stay logged in. App has gotten very archaic...

How about fixing this app. Also would like to be able to put in mileage like online. It crashed almost every time I open it

Come on Toyota. Can you please add an option to just stay logged in or log in using Touch ID. It becomes really frustrating to have to log in every time. Also a few things that need to be addressed as previous reviewers have suggested but please add login feature.

I am trying to log in to request road side assistance and it wont let me log in; however, when I go to the regular website, I can log in with no problems.

This app works really well. I have owned many vehicles and this app is well above par compared to those apps.

The app has lots of potential, but doesnt seem stable. Touch ID access would be a plus.

This app gets two stars for having indicator index and being able to access maintenance history but as an app generally its one of those me too apps that are created just to have a presence.

Update to 2.1 Crash at Glovebox 4 digit entry

Seems like you dont allow period in email address I cant enter my email like this John.Smith@ It have to be JohnSmith@ Please fix this.

Thanks for updating and allowing the account to stay signed in for a while. It was really annoying having to sign in each time in the past. Keep up the good work. This is app is great Toyota!

You cant even schedule a service. It is not made to fit with iPhone 6 screen and you cant scroll down to the next entry.

I clicked join and filled out all the required information; but, when I try to login I get the message "Have you been here before? Reset your password so you can login ". Then it doesnt recognize my email address or Userid. Im stuck!
